The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 06/10/2015, relating with the error in issuing patta for 92 Sq.Mtr in S.No.206 / 29B2, instead of 112.46 Sq.Mtr (1210 Sq.ft) for his house site situated in S.No.206 / 29B, in Veeracholan Village in Thiruchuli Taluk, in Virudhunagar District and to rectify the same, as accordance with the petitioner's sale deed dated 02/03/2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the third respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
