RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant extension of time granted in the order made in Crl.OP(MD)No.4928 of 2021 dt.16/04/2021 on the file of this Honble Court.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.MAYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute the sureties in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4928 of 2021, dated 16.04.2021.

2.This Court, by order dated 16.04.2021 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 4928 of 2021, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they have approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.

CRL MP(MD) No.3713 of 2021 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
