: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the petitioner, by name Iyappan, son of Narayanan, aged about 48 years, now lodged and confined at Palayamkottai Central Prison, before this Court under Tamil Nadu Prison Rules, 1993 and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court and set the detenu at liberty.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he does not press the Habeas Corpus Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as not pressed, however, with a direction to the respondents to furnish a copy of the recommendation made by the Advisory Board and with further liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, if so advised.
