O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and consequently, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that enquiry is still pending with the respondent police and if the petitioner cooperates for enquiry, the investigation will be completed within a time that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

may be fixed by this Court. He further submits that the allegation of the petitioner that harassing the petitioner is not correct. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also undertakes that the petitioner will cooperate with the respondent police for the enquiry, but there shall not be any harassment to the petitioner to withdraw the suit.

4.In view of the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police for completing enquiry and on such appearance, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation, within a period of one week, after issuing notice to the defacto complainant. The respondent police are also directed not to harass the petitioner to withdraw the suit. 5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
