This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 to instruct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of the enquiry without following due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 3 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the 4th respondent, earlier they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the main petition itself was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and recording the above said submission of the 3rd respondent that the main petition itself was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication, this Criminal Page No. 2 of 4
