This writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents or their employees or their men or agent from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property of 22 cents in Re-Survey No.105/6A6 and 2-1/2 cents in Re-survey no.105/10C comprised in patta No.2568 of 19. Vilangudi I Bit Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the prayer of the petitioner is met with. In the counter filed by the first respondent, at paragraph No.6, it is specifically stated that there is no illegal encroachment by the respondents 3 and 4 and they had done their duty in accordance with law in the spot inspection. 2.Recording such submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
