ORDER
This Writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the encroachment on the public road at Bagawathiyamman Kovil street, 5th cross, Rayannur West, Thoranakkalpatti Post, Karur Taluk, Karur District, in ward No.40, being maintained by the respondents 3 and 4 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2014 within the time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the 4th respondent.
3.The petitioner submitted a representation dated 05.07.2014 before the respondents to remove the encroachments on the above said public road and the same was not considered till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with this present Writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The petitioner has not averred anything about the encroachments in the above said road. But, on the other hand, the difficulty is
experienced by the petitioner as well as the local residents have been highlighted.
5.Hence, without going into the merits, the respondent are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2014 after due notice to the petitioner as well as the interested parties, if any and thereafter, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
