ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.5 of 2016 dated 06.01.2016, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thalamuthugar Police Station, Tuticorin District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2016 has been concluded and a final report has been filed on 21.11.2016, as Action Dropped. He has also produced a copy of the final report before this Court and further submitted that refer charge sheet has also been served upon the complainant.

3. In such view of the matter, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed.
