[Order of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This review petition has been filed to review the judgment in W.A.(MD).No.981 of 2012, dated 22.11.2012. The writ appeal was filed against the interim order granted in M.P.(MD).No.2 of 2012 in W.P. (MD).No.13791 of 2012.
2.We find that the exercise of discretion by the Division Bench of this Court cannot be found fault with and there are no grounds made out to interfere with the order passed in the writ appeal.
