[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of her husband before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the detenu has eloped with another person having the very same name of the petitioner. The efforts made to bring him to this Court did not yield any result, since he has changed his cellphone number and F.I.R has also been registered in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

regard.

3. Considering the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. However, the respondents are directed to proceed with investigation and complete the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
