2. The Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.127 of 2016 for offences under Sections 420, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC.

3.Recording the submission, the criminal original petition is closed.
