O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue-Nagalakshmi, aged about 20 years, has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition, stating that the detenue was found missing from 03.02.2017 onwards and in this regard, she has made a complaint before the second respondent on 04.02.2017. However, no effective steps were taken to trace out the detenue so far. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the second respondent produced the detenue before this Court. On our enquiry, she told us that she was not allowed to study by her mother and hence, she voluntarily left the house and stayed in her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

relative's house. Further, the detenue has assertively stated that she is not in illegal custody of anybody. Now, she has also expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner.
