RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5168 of 2021 dated 09/04/2021 on the file of this Honourable High Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5168 of 2021, dated 09.04.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that subsequently, the offence has been altered to 307 I.P.C. and the petitioners are complying with the condition from 27.04.2021 onwards.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the prevailing pandemic situation, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days i.e. on every second and fourth Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
