ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give transfer to the petitioner to the Government Higher Secondary School Visalaynakottai, Sivagangai District as P.G.Assistant Zoology.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that a vacancy of P.G.Assistant, Zoology is available at the Government Higher Secondary School Visalaynakottai, Sivagangai District, in which, the petitioner is also inclined to join.

4.Recording the above said statement, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. In this regard, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD) No.12294 of 2018 is closed.
