ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce both the petitioner's grandchildren, namely, Chinna Mariam, female, aged 13 years and Naina Mohamed, male, aged 9 years, before this Court and set them at liberty forthwith.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Counsel for the fourth respondent. There is no representation for the third respondent.

3. After the detenu was secured and produced before this Court, the matter was referred for mediation and accordingly, the parties have settled the matter and entered into an agreement which has been recorded on 23.02.2017.
