No. 04/2017 dated 29.01.2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner namely Jetley @ Palanivel S/o. Maruthamuthu Male aged 26 years who is detained in Central Prison Tiruchirappalli before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty.
