RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition totally imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5499 of 2022 dated on 29.03.2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. MANOJ KUMAR.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5499/2022, dated 29.03.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
