ORDER
****** This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register an FIR based on the Petitioner's complaint dated 22.6.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law under the supervision of the first respondent.
2. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint dated 22.06.2015 to the first respondent, petition enquiry is conducted and the same has been closed on the ground that the opposite party had agreed to cancel the impugned documents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after having given an undertaking before the police, the opposite party has gone back.

4. From the above, it is clear that there is something wrong with the documents that have been registered by the opposite
party and that is why, they have come forward to cancel the same.
5. Under such circumstances, the closure report is set aside and the respondent police is directed to take action in accordance with law on the complaint dated 22.06.2015 given by the petitioner.
