respondent, and this Court made the following order: "Though this Court, after dismissing the appeal, had directed the appellant to hand over the custody of the child to the first respondent on 25.10.2024, it is reported by the learned counsel for the first respondent that the appellant has not handed over the custody of the child to the first respondent. The appellant has committed contempt of Court.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant strangly and for reasons best known to him reported 'no instructions'. Hence, it is open to the first respondent to move a petition for contempt."
