Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 3rd respondent dated 23.09.2015 and quash the same as illegal and invalid and to direct the respondent to reappoint the petitioner in the post of Secretary of the said Society. O R D E R

The Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner viz.,N.Sekhar, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 23.09.2015, quash the same and direct the respondent to reappoint the petitioner in the post of Secretary of the said Society.

2.This Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case, as the maintainability of the Writ petition itself is doubtful, in the light of the Larger Bench judgment in (K.Marappan Vs. The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Namakkal Circle, Namakkal-636 001 and another) reported in (2006 (4) CTC 689). Hence, the Writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
