O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire relevant records connected to the First Information Report in Crime No.200 of 2021, dated 21.03.2021 pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police Station and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a Government Bus Driver working in TNSTC, Ramanathapuram Branch in zone of Karaikudi. On 23.03.2021, one Loguprasanna, who is the sister's son of the defacto complainant, had driven the Jupiter Two Wheeler No.TN-65-AK-7363, in which, the defacto complainant's husband/deceased namely Senthilkumar sitting back side of the two wheeler and dashed back right side of the stopped Government bus. Based on the false complaint given by the defacto complainant, F.I.R has been registered against this petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.200 of 2021 was completed and the final report is also prepared and ready to present before the concerned Court, wherein, the petitioner has not been arrayed as an accused.

5. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
