RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.5371 of 2021 dated 16/04/2021 in respect of the case in Cr.No.08/2021 pending on the file of the Respondent Police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.NAVANEETHARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 29.04.2021 and the investigation is almost over. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is a coolie worker and his day to day livelihood is very much affected and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.

4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
