2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who would submit that on the complaint given by one Paulraj, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.9 of 2015 under Sections 406, 420, 120(b) IPC and Section 5 of the TANPID Act against the HBN Diaries and Allied Ltd., New Delhi and others. It is seen that these petitioners have also invested money in the said Company and have lost. The learned Government Advocate submitted that these petitioners have been enlisted as witnesses in the case.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
