Respondent Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.50 of 2021 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Tirunelveli as against the petitioners and allow the Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "EXTENSION OF TIME FOR LOWER COURT" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 30.11.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Tirunelveli in D.No.1809 dated 07.08.2023, seeking

further more extension of time for disposal of the D.V.C.No.50 of 2021 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Tirunelveli, this Court made the following order:- By an order dated 30.11.2022, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli was directed to dispose D.V.C.No.50 of 2021 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli, by his letter dated 07.08.2023 bearing reference D.No.1809, has requested a further extension of time to dispose of the D.V.C.. In the said letter dated 07.08.2023, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli has given reasons for non-disposal of the D.V.C.
