The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that frequent bus service and proper drinking water supply facility are not available to the petitioner's village and therefore, the petitioner has given representation dated 22.09.2015 to the respondents. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.We do not express any opinion on the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2015 except to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the said representation on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
