ORDER

The petitioner, who is an accused No.2 in Cr.No.19 of 2021, has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.19 of 2021, within a time frame. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner herein is an accused No.2 in Cr.No.19 of 2021. Further, he submits that the respondent has filed a detailed status report of the investigation.

3.A detailed report has been filed by the respondent as to the steps taken by the investigating officer and he requests some time to complete the investigation. An accused is not entitled to dictate the manner in which the investigation has to be conducted. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
