O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The petitioner is the husband of the detenue - Pooranidevi, D/o.Rasu, aged about 26 years. He has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition stating that the petitioner and the detenue fell in love with each other and both of them decided to marry, but, their parents refused to give their consent. Hence, both of them got married on 04.09.2015 and lead the matrimonial life without the knowledge of their parents. While so, on 05.02.2017, by giving https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

false assurance, the third and fourth respondents took the detenue along with them. Thereafter, she did not return and her whereabouts was not known. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the present petition.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the second respondent produced the detenue before this Court. When we enquired the detenue, she told us that on her own volition, she went to meet her mother and she is willing to go along with the petitioner.

3. In view of the above said submission made by the detenue, we close the Habeas Corpus Petition as nothing survives for adjudication.
