ORDER
This Petition is to condone the delay of 418 days in filing the Second Appeal.
2. Today, Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned counsel undertakes to appear for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant states that the appeal, who filed in time, however, the certified copies of the judgement and decree alone were not filed and the appeal papers were consequently returned and subsequently, certified copies have been filed. However, the delay of 418 days has occurred in presentation of the second appeal.
4. The learned counsel for the respondents fairly states that since the appeal was initially filed in time, though without the certified copies, he has no serious objection for the delay being condoned.
5. In view of the above, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 418 days is condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
