ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.) This petition has been filed seeking to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent herein to produce the body of the detenu, namely, Madhan Raj, aged 17 years, son of the petitioner herein before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is the father of the detenu. The detenu is produced before this Court. It appears that he has gone away to his uncle's (father's brother) house, because his father insisted to study and appear for +2 examinations.

3. We find that it is not a case of illegal detention. We have advised the boy as well as his parents and the detenu has joined his father.
