D.No.1031/2023, dated 17.11.2023, seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in S.C.No.145 of 2018, on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.145 of 2018.

2. This Court has already disposed this Criminal Revision Petition vide order dated 16.06.2023 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.145 of 2018, within a period of three months. Now the Court below requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 17.11.2023, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in S.C.No.145 of 2018 and it is made clear that no further time will be granted by this Court.
