: Respondents PRAYER:Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Ameer Ali, son of Mohammed Ibrahim aged about 40 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J] Mr.T.Mohan, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenu, who is the husband of the petitioner, is in Kuwait and he is refusing to answer the phone calls.

2. There appears to be a matrimonial discard between the petitioner and her husband. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention, however we give liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned officials of the Government, so that necessary information can be obtained through Indian Embassy at Kuwait about https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
