Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.BALAJI.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.952 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14560 of 2020, dated 09.02.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 01.03.2021 onwards.
