Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son namely Karthick son of Veluchamy aged about 30 years and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. When the respondent police were taking hectic efforts to trace the detenu by forming special team, who are now at New Delhi, the detenu returned home and he appeared before this Court today.

2. When we enquired him, he stated that he is an Engineering graduate having graduated from M.I.T. Chennai and secured a job at Noida and was residing there and when he knew about his younger brother's marriage, he has come back to his native village. It appears that there is a matrimonial dispute between himself and his wife Keerthika. We have advised the detenu, who has agreed to take proper legal advise to sort out the said issue.

3. In view of the above, we find that there is no illegal detention. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CO) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To
