This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the official respondentss. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
