Mr.T.R.Janarthanam Additional Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioner has come forward with the Writ Petitions seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider, dispose of and pass orders forthwith on the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2015 and allow the petitioner's Mini Stage Carriages TN-69 R 6566 and TN-69 AZ 1055 plying on the route Inammaniyachi to Ganapathypatti to ply from Athaikondan to Park Bus Stand via the alternative route Lakshmi Mill Bridge, New Bus Stand, Ilaiyarasanendal Junction Road, Inammaniyachi.

2. By consent, the Writ Petitions are taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the first respondent has already granted permission to ply mini Stage Carriages TN-69 R 6566 and TN-69 AZ 1055 on the aforesaid mentioned route in favour of the petitioner. While so, the old bus stand was temporarily shifted and the railway bridge was constructed in Ilaiyarasanandel Road and hence, the petitioner is not able to operate the minis buses to Gandhi Nagar. Hence, in this regard, the petitioner gave a representation mentioning the difficulties experienced by the school children and other passengers, but, the representation has not been considered and if a direction is issued to dispose of the said representation no prejudice would be caused to any one.
5. Mr.T.R.Janarthanam,learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that since the petitioner's representation was given on 02.09.2015, reasonable time may be given to consider his representation.
6. Recording the said submission, the respondents are directed to consider the pending representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.s are closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-II) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar.
