This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 5 to take appropriate action upon the complaint of the petitioner, dated 20.04.2022 and restrain the respondents 6, 7 and 8 from convening the 29th Minister's conference of New Jerusalem Church at Kodaikanal.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the fifth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 20.04.2022 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 8 herein and dispose the same on or before 08.05.2022.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
