O R D E R
The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who retired from service on 31.01.2009, seeking Mandamus directing the second respondent to disburse all the monetary, retirement and attendant benefits to him within a stipulated time, on the ground that the petitioner has been admitted in a hospital and taking treatment affected by bilateral attack.
2. At this point of time, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the case of the petitioner would be expeditiously considered, since he has been facing severe financial grudge.

3. Recording the statement, this Court hereby directs the respondents to disburse the retiral benefits keeping in mind his plight, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
