This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case/F.I.R. On the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.01.2016 and investigate the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 07.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 10.03.2016 and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
