Vinoth, aged about 4 years, who is the grandson of the Petitioner from the illegal custody of the 3rd Respondent before this Hon'ble Court and set them at liberty.

O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner, seeks production of the detenues, who are his daughter and grandson before this Court.

2.We referred the matter to Mediation, since it appeared that there was a matrimonial discord between the first detenue and her husband Vinoth. The Report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, states that the Mediation could not succeed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Thus, we find no illegal detention. Therefore, while closing the Habeas Corpus Petition, we leave it open to the parties to reconcile their difference of opinion by approaching the appropriate forum.
