[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.S.Senthil Sankaranathakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking direction upon the respondents 1 and 2 to produce his wife / detenue, namely, Veera Parameswari, aged about 26 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

3. The respondent police produced the detenue before this Court.

4. We have questioned the detenue. She stated that on her own volition, she went to Mukkani. Now, she is ready and willing to go with her husband / petitioner. We have also advised her husband / petitioner to treat her kindly. Thus, on these facts and circumstances, we find that there is no illegal detention.
