The conviction and sentence dated 01.03.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Karur in C.C.No.261 of 2015 and C.C.No.263 of 2016 which were confirmed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Karur vide Judgments dated 10.08.2018 passed in Crl.A.No.27 of 2018 and Crl.A.No.26 of 2018 are set aside.
