For Respondent : Mr.K. Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 896/2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 352, 506(ii), 307 & 302 of IPC, in Crime No.896 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner who arrayed as A-3 and that there are totally six accused have involved in the scene of occurrence. The allegation against the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.8272 of 2020 is that, due to previous enmity, the petitioner and other accused persons said to have attacked the deceased with Aruval. Based on a complaint given by the defacto complainant, the crime has been registered.

4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side)appearing for the respondent police would submit that apart from this case, there are 16 previous cases are pending against the petitioner and out of which, the petitioner has involved 10-cases for the offence under Section 302 of IPC.

5. Taking note of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) and considering the fact that the are 16 previous cases are pending against the petitioner and out of which, the petitioner has involved 10-murder cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
