The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records in pursuant to the F.I.R. in Crime No.5 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent dated 17.05.2015, as far as the petitioner is concerned and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.5 of 2015 has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.33 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kulithalai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in

the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
