Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in Tha.Na.A.Po.Ka./Kum/Ka/Va2/1341 on 29.09.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to provide bus service at 4.00p.m. as per the assurance letter submitted by the 2nd respondent on 20.02.2013. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) Seeking to change the bus timings for the petitioner's village, a representation has been made before the authorities concerned contending that the students are affected which was considered by the authority by proceedings dated 29.09.2015 stating that three trips are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
being in operation through the said route and it may be difficult to operate one more trip at 4.00 p.m. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed in public interest.
2.The school authorities or the students are not stood before us. However, we feel it appropriate to give liberty to the school authorities or the students to approach the Transport Department for modification of the time to suit the needs of the students if there is any justification for such claim.
3.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
