This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police herein not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry, without due process of law. 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that on the complaint preferred by the third respondent against the petitioner, the second respondent herein conducted an enquiry in C.S.R.No.132 of 2020 and the same has been closed on 23.07.2020.

3.The submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.
