ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to impound the passport of the fifth respondent bearing No.G8248555/2008 based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2015.

2.Heard both side. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.According to the petitioner she preferred a complaint dated 21.08.2015 alleging harassment against her husband / fifth respondent herein and a case was registered, subsequently, her husband also obtained anticipatory bail on 23.09.2015 in Crl.P.No.23794 of 2015. While so, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents on 28.09.2015, requesting to block his passport, stating that he was planning to leave for abroad. Since no action is taken on the representation, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.It is submitted by both the parties that divorce application filed by the husband is pending before the Family Court. After some arguments, now both the parties agreed to have their pending divorce application, decided on merits.

5.Recording such statement, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
