PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of detenue namely Rajagopal aged about 35 years, son of Navaneethakrishnan before this Court, who is now detained in the Central Prison, Palayamkottai, in pursuant to the detention order passed by the second respondent in M.H.S. Confdl.No.02/2017, dated 10.01.2017 and to call for the records and quash the same and release the detenue at liberty forthwith.

[Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detention order has already been revoked by order dated 23.02.2017 in G.O.Rt.No.896 Home, Prohibition, Excise (XIV) Department.

2. In view of the submission made, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed, as the detention order has already been revoked.
