This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry with regard to the house property. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that there is no complaint has been received against the petitioner and as of now, no petition enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent police. 4. Hence, it is made clear that no complaint is pending on the file of the second respondent police, the respondents police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
