The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to remove the waste/debris accumulated in the drainage canal situated near D.No.36/3, Keel Nadu Theru, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District, on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 02.03.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.According to the petitioner, the respondents are not discharging their obligatory functions which is resulting in serious
health hazards to the persons living in the locality. Therefore, the petitioner has made representation dated 02.03.2015 to the respondents. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
