Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the impugned judgment and decree passed dated 18-12-2020 in A.S.No.101 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Judge, Thirumangalam, confirming the judgment and decree passed in Court, Thirumangalam the judgement and decree passed in O.S.No.210/2016 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam dated 31-08-2018 and to allow the present second appeal and thus render justice. ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.DINESH, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Unnecessarily this petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking liberty to challenge Ex.B6. Challenging the decree and judgment of the trial Court only the second appeal has been preferred. The appellant can make his objections and submissions in the second appeal itself, in respect of Ex.B6 also. 2/3
